4Kitchens Warranty


4Kitchens manufactures its cabinetry items right here in Australia using a mix of Australian-made and imported materials. 4Kitchens offers a limited 10-year warranty on all cabinet doors, carcasses and panels that we manufacture for the purpose and use for which they were originally designed. All other items supplied by 4Kitchens are covered by their respective manufacturers warranties. Please contact us at info@4kitchens.com.au for more information on our range of warranties. All warranties apply to the original purchaser and cover domestic use only. Proof of purchase is required.


The Manufacturer’s Warranty does not cover defects caused by any of the following:

1.      Wear and tear suffered through normal use (including scratches and cuts) or damage caused by impacts or accidents.

2.      Incorrect or negligent installation, construction, storage or assembly.

3.      Installation contrary to instructions provided.

4.      Deliberate mistreatment, negligent use or misuse.

5.      Insufficient or improper care (including using incorrect or inappropriate cleaning products of methods). Care instructions are available by contacting us oat info@4kitchens.com.au

6.      Failure to observe directions for care.

7.      Fading, discolouration or damage caused by exposure to intensive or excessive light, moisture or heat (including excessive steam on doors, panels, drawer fronts and cabinets).

8.      Alterations, modifications or use of the 4Kitchens products which are beyond or in a way which is inconsistent with the supplied product instructions and which have not been authorized by 4Kitchens

9.      Any alteration of 4Kitchens products caused by repairs.

10.  Any damage relating from moisture or exposure to water.


All goods shown on our website are offered as a guide only. Please contact us for full product specifications. Acceptance of order and payment means you acknowledge the specifications of the products and designs. Colours shown can vary based on screen type. Colour samples are available for mail out to you if requested.




Damaged or Faulty Products


4Kitchens manufactures direct from your online order. This means that we are unable to accept any requests for changes or refunds after payment has been made. Please choose your items very carefully prior to ordering.


Once you sign the delivery consignment note, you are accepting that the goods are in a satisfactory condition. If you notice some damaged items prior to signing the consignment note, we will exchange it for a like for like item or provide you with a full refund for the affected item.


In the unlikely case this occurs, we will ask you to email us with photographs of the offending item (s) and on approval by our authorized representative we will happily process replacement part(s) for delivery to you. Please note the acceptance of all replacements/refunds are at the sole discretion of 4Kitchens.


4Kitchens will not be responsible for any removal, installation and/or setup costs incurred during and in relation to any replacement of the 4Kitchens product. 4Kitchens will not, under this Manufacturer’s Warranty, be responsible for consequential damages (such as loss of use) inconvenience, loss or damage to personal property, whether direct, indirect or economic.


4Kitchens’ responsibility will not, under this Manufacturer’s Warranty, exceed the purchase price of the 4Kitchens’ product or its replacement. We reserve the right to arrange for inspection of any claimed faulty or damaged products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.


Approved refunds will be returned in the manner and to the account in which payment was originally made.
